• Account information — if you create an account, your name, email address and password (passwords are handled securely by Google Firebase Authentication; we never see them in plain text).
• Messages & prayer requests — the name, email and content you submit through our contact and prayer forms.
• Donations — when you give, your payment is processed by PayPal. We receive confirmation details (such as name and donation amount) but never your full card number.

• Basic usage and device information used to operate, secure and improve the Services.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Services, including live and on-demand content.
• To respond to your messages, prayer requests and enquiries.
• To process and acknowledge your donations.
• To operate features such as the Bible Quiz League and content library.
• To protect the security and integrity of the Services.

How Your Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Services, including:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database and hosting.
• PayPal — donation processing (governed by PayPal’s own privacy policy).

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of others.

Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the Services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see our Account Deletion page, or email info@revelation.tv. In the app, you can delete your account directly from your profile settings.

Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Security

We use industry-standard measures, including Google Firebase’s secure infrastructure, to protect your information. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

• Access, update or delete your account information at any time.
• Use the Services as a guest, without creating an account.
• Contact us with any privacy question or request.
